Customer Agreement / Terms and
Conditions
§ Payments are payable 100%
in advance for orders equal-to or less than Rs.11000/- else 50%
advance and rest on upload. Advance payments may not be less than Rs.
11000/-
§ Minimum total project order may not be less that Rs.11000/-
§ Modifications / Changes to the website is limited to 30 days from
the date of order and between development stages.
§ Ownership rights to the website and/or domain are void for complete
payments not received in the current financial year. No claim for
ownership for domain / website will be entertained if complete
payments are not made in the current financial year.
§ Non renewal of domain / non payment before expiry date will be
charged @ Rs. 500/- as expired renewal charges for upto one week of
expired domain. Thereafter Rs.7000/- for the next 14 days. Even after
3 weeks if the domain is not renewed the ownership rights
automatically expire
§ Payments not made for more than 30 days after the invoice has been
raised will automatically attract 2% simple interest per month
§ Passwords for the domain and hosting will be made available on
request in 24 hours.
§ Payments to domain and hosting are non-refundable and non adjustable
§ Advance payment or any subsequent payments are non-refundable if the
services requested have already been provided. Refunds are available
for services or products that have not been provided.
§ Cheque returns for advance / payments / domain registration /
hosting / services will be charged Rs.500/- per instance and / or will
void the ownership rights to the domain website.
§ Work order is required with advance payment to initiate the work /
service
§ As per policy design, domain, hosting, other services will only be
provided after financial commitment from the customer.
§ Techno Edge will not bid or submit tenders to receive work
All existing and new clients to “Techno Edge” automatically bind to
the customer agreement / terms and conditions.
